Plunger type hydraulic motor and hydraulic oil pump are the two primary heat sources in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic motor is an actuator. The key to exercise is to turn the working pressure energy into chemical energy. The hydraulic oil pump is the whole process of converting mechanical kinetic energy into affordable energy, which is to provide pressure source for all hydraulic systems. Today, we are studying the heating problem of hydraulic motor. Heating is inevitable in all hydraulic systems, but the heating condition must be strictly controlled. To put it bluntly, heat is the loss of power, that is, a lot of output power is in a hurry and immediately becomes heat. That is to say, under the same working conditions, the more serious the heating of the hydraulic motor is, the worse the characteristics of the internal five-star hydraulic motor are, and the general mechanical efficiency is slightly lower. Therefore, when designing the hydraulic motor, we should try to ensure that the negative pressure is balanced and the friction resistance of mechanical equipment is small, so as to improve the mechanical efficiency as much as possible, and it is not easy to make the hydraulic motor heat seriously. However, the heating of hydraulic motor during operation is unavoidable.

There are probably two factors that determine the heating of the low speed hydraulic motor, namely, the pressure and the working speed ratio. Generally, the higher the working pressure and speed ratio, the more serious the heating of the hydraulic motor will be.

Generally, the working temperature of hydraulic motor should be controlled below 70 ℃ as much as possible. If the temperature is higher, the refrigeration system must be selected. Generally, the refrigeration system has water cooling and air cooling, and the water cooling heat dissipation effect is better. The better the heating control of the hydraulic system is, the better the reliability of the hydraulic system is, and it is impossible for the hydraulic system to have problems.
